Privacy Policy

Padang Circle operates as a technology platform that facilitates introductions between vetted tech professionals ("Members") and companies in Singapore. For PDPA purposes, Padang Circle is the data controller for personal data collected via this service.

• Applicants: name, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, location, employment status, employment history, skills, experience, rate preferences, CV, separation letter, and free-text answers.
• Members: all of the above plus profile embeddings and visibility preferences.
• Companies: company name, UEN, website, hiring manager details, role descriptions.
• Logs: access logs for sensitive documents, audit trail of admin decisions.

To assess applications, surface fit-based introductions, comply with legal obligations, and protect the integrity of the collective.

We collect explicit consent at the point of application — separate checkboxes for PDPA, Terms of Service, and acknowledgement of independent contractor status. No bundled consent.

Member profile details are shared with companies only after the member explicitly grants consent for that specific introduction. No public directory.

• Rejected applicant data: deleted after 12 months.
• Member data: deleted on request, or after 24 months of inactivity.
• Audit and access logs: retained for 7 years for compliance.

Documents are encrypted at rest. Access to sensitive documents is logged. Production access is restricted and audited.

You may withdraw consent, request access to your data, request correction, or request deletion at any time. Email the DPO at dpo@padangcircle.io.
