Apply
Submit your application with your discipline, skills, seniority, and availability. PDPA, Terms of Service, and contractor acknowledgement are required. You'll receive a confirmation email.Apply now →

Introductions

Respond to an introduction request
When we find a potential match, you'll receive an email asking if you're open to an introduction. Grant consent to allow us to share your profile with the company, or decline — no information is shared either way until you say yes.

Review and send your SOW
When an engagement is created, the draft SOW appears in your dashboard. Review it in full — this is your contract with the company. When ready, click Send SOW. Both you and the company representative will receive signing links by email. Once both parties sign, you'll receive a signed PDF.

Invoice the company directly
Go to Invoices → New invoice. Add your line items, review the draft PDF, then click Send invoice. This emails the company's billing contact and locks the invoice. The company pays you directly on the SOW terms — Padang Circle is not in the payment flow.Create invoice →

Register your company
Provide your company name, UEN, website, and hiring manager details. Accept the platform terms and acknowledge the 12-month attribution window: if you engage a member you met through Padang Circle, you keep an active subscription for the duration of that engagement. Pick a subscription plan
Choose Starter or Multi based on how many active projects you run. You pay a flat monthly fee for platform access — vetted profiles, project briefs, SOW templates, e-sign, and the audit trail. No success fees, no commission on hire.View plans →

Post a project brief
Describe the project: title, scope, required skills, work type, and budget range. The match threshold controls the minimum fit score for members we surface to you.Post a brief →
Introductions

Review a matched member
When a member consents to an introduction, you'll receive an email with their profile. Review and let us know if you'd like to proceed. Padang Circle facilitates the introduction; the conversation that follows is between you and the member.

Sign the SOW
Once the member sends the SOW, you'll receive an email with a link to the Statement of Work. Read it, type your legal name as the company representative, and sign. The engagement goes live once both parties have signed. The SOW is between your company and the member — Padang Circle is not a party to it.

Manage your subscription
